Vitamins D and K are fat-soluble, so we dissolve them in cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil rather than a dry tablet. Take it with a meal and you have everything needed for absorption.

K2 is supplied as MK-7, the long-chain form, at least 99% all-trans. It’s made by fermenting chickpeas, so the softgel contains no soy and no natto.

It’s a daily maintenance dose for adults who get little sun, below the 100 µg tolerable upper intake level. If your doctor has advised a different dose, follow their advice.
Both contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, and both are fat-soluble, so they work well in one softgel taken with food.
No. The softgel shell is fish gelatin and the D3 comes from lanolin.
Yes. Toro Prime™ contains 25 µg D3, giving 100 µg combined, which is at the adult upper limit. Don’t add other vitamin D supplements on top.
