Shipping

We ship from the UK to the UK and most EU countries. Orders placed before 2pm UK time on working days are dispatched the same day.

Delivery times and costs

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The order value for free shipping is calculated after discounts.

Dispatch

• Orders placed before 2pm UK time on a working day ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays ship the next working day.
• We email you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is with the carrier.

Tracking your order

Every order is shipped with tracking. Use our track order page, or the link in your dispatch email.

Customs, VAT and duties

Orders to the UK include UK VAT where applicable. For orders sent to EU countries, import VAT and customs charges may apply depending on your country. Where possible these are calculated at checkout. If any charges are collected on delivery, they are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by us.

Address changes and problems

If you need to change your delivery address, email support@cellhack.io as soon as you can and quote your order number. We can only change an address before the order has been dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, email us and we will sort it out.

Where we do not ship yet

We currently ship to the UK and the EU only. If you are outside these areas, email support@cellhack.io and tell us where you are: we are working on adding more countries.
