Common questions

I have not received a tracking number

Tracking numbers are emailed when your parcel is dispatched. Check your spam folder, then email support@cellhack.io with your order number.

My tracking says delivered, but I do not have my parcel

Check with neighbours and any safe place the carrier may have used, then email support@cellhack.io with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier.

I need to change my delivery address

Email us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before the order is dispatched. See shipping for details.
