Returns and refunds

If CellHack is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your first order. That includes opened bottles.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

• Email support@cellhack.io within 30 days of the day your order was delivered.
• Include your order number and, if you like, tell us why. You do not have to.
• We confirm your refund by email. Where we need the product back, we will tell you and arrange it.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of us confirming them. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

The guarantee applies to your first order with us. Subscription renewals and repeat purchases are covered by the returns policy below.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email support@cellhack.io within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Repeat orders and returns after 30 days

For food supplements, we cannot accept the return of opened products for repeat orders for health protection and hygiene reasons. Unopened, undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Email us first and do not send anything back without confirming with us.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Email support@cellhack.io as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns policy above applies.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription at any time from your account. There is no minimum term. To stop the next delivery, make the change before the next order is processed.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
