Do every exercise for 30 seconds:
- Scissor Kick (Keep Hands Under Bum)
- Lying Leg Raise (With Hips Up At The Top)
- Feet Crossovers (Keep Legs Raised Up)
- Reverse Crunch
- L Sit Rope Climb
- Rest & Stretch (Take a Deep Breath)
- Plank Knee Ins (Bring Knees Towards Elbow)
- Spiderman Push-up (Keep ABS Engaged)
- Side Plank Raises (Straight In One Line)
- Another side (Straight In One Line)
- Mountain climber (Explosive reps)
- Relax Take A Deep Breaths (Breath Deeply In And Out)
- Oblique Leg Raises (Alternate twists at the top)
- Body-weighted Crunches With Clap
- V sit static holds (Actively Contract Abs)
- Plank Static Hold (Glutes & ABS Contracted)
- Russian Twist
- Ankle Taps
- Leg rise Holds
