Welcome to Home Abs Workout!

Let’s do this! A bodyweight workout that you can do whenever and wherever you like!! You don’t need any equipment or weight.

Do every exercise for 30 seconds: 

      1. Scissor Kick (Keep Hands  Under Bum)
      2. Lying Leg Raise (With Hips Up At The Top)
      3. Feet Crossovers (Keep Legs Raised Up)
      4. Reverse Crunch
      5. L Sit Rope Climb
      6. Rest & Stretch (Take a Deep Breath)
      7. Plank Knee Ins (Bring Knees Towards Elbow)
      8. Spiderman Push-up (Keep ABS Engaged)
      9. Side Plank Raises (Straight In One Line)
      10. Another side (Straight In One Line)
      11. Mountain climber (Explosive reps)
      12. Relax Take A Deep Breaths (Breath Deeply In And Out)
      13. Oblique Leg Raises (Alternate twists at the top)
      14. Body-weighted Crunches With Clap
      15. V sit static holds (Actively Contract Abs)
      16. Plank Static Hold (Glutes & ABS Contracted)
      17. Russian Twist
      18. Ankle Taps
      19. Superman
      20. Leg rise Holds
